In line with the latest Government instructions we are altering the way we offer our services. We understand that mobility and disability equipment is essential to people, but we need to maintain compliance with safety measures.
We will continue to accept customers bringing machines in for repair but only by appointment.
We will, where necessary, make home visits but may need to make special arrangement as to the manner in which they are conducted.
We have switched to an answer phone and ask that you leave a message and we will return your call.
Please feel free to telephone for advice if you have any issues. We can often resolve problems over the phone.
We can assure you that, as always, we are fully stocked with batteries and many common spare parts.
We would remind customers to make contact as soon as they have any issues or worries. We keep seeing machines with damage caused by a small problem left unaddressed.
